- Developing and implementing a dry-docking plan to meet the vessel’s and/or yacht’s needs
- Coordinating with manufacturers and/or suppliers of parts needed for repairs
- Coordinating all facets of the repair process
- Monitoring and reporting back on the repair process to ensure that quality and safety objectives are met in line with international standards and the client’s instructions
- Coordinating class surveyors to obtain the necessary certifications and approvals
- Providing liability advice in the unlikely event of human errors and/or defective workmanship
- Providing superintendence services to ship & yacht owners and/or charterers
